Unfortunately, we cannot offer acute crisis appointments at our counselling centre. However, every Monday from 01:00 pm to 03:00 pm we offer an open telephone consultation on: +49 711 4470-2402.
In case of acute emergencies or serious mental crises such as suicide, please dial 112 or contact the medical emergency service (Tel 116 117). They can find the right person for you around the clock - even on public holidays or at the weekend,
