Side by Side for students

We are the point of contact for everyday student life for 14 universities in the Stuttgart region and their 56,500 students. Our job—and perhaps soon yours—is to make it easier for students to succeed in their studies.

Get involved at the Studierendenwerk Stuttgart Stuttgart with a total of 380 colleagues at the university locations of Stuttgart, Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Ludwigsburg, Esslingen , Göppingen and Horb. We provide food and drink in 18  canteens and cafeterias, around 5,750 places to live, university-based childcare in our five daycare centers, and the processing of BAföG applications. Valuable assistance for students is also provided by our legal counseling, social counseling and psychotherapeutic counseling.
