Are you a student looking for a place to stay for a short time? In some of our dormitories, special housing offices arrange the subletting of our tenants' rooms. If you are interested, please get in direct touch with the housing office mentioned below!

If you would like to sublet your accommodation yourself, please likewise contact the housing office of your dormitory. In dormitories without a housing office, please contact your janitor. and use the sublease agreement below. Please note that you are allowed to rent your room to enrolled students only. Subletting is usually possible for a maximum of three months. If you plan to sublet for a longer period of time, please contact your clerk at Studierendenwerk. 

The rooms in our boarding houses cannot be sublet, as this is a short-term rental offer.
